Group Classes

A selection af group classes are available all over Aberdeen and also via Zoom. Classes range from:-
Fatburn, which is a form of high intensity interval training.
Boot Camp where you will be put through your paces in this gruelling workout which will have you pushing yourself to your limits.
circuits, which is a variety of different exercises working the whole body.

Tabata which is another form of HIIT training.

And Hitstep which is a fun and challenging class to get the body working in a maximum workout (step required)
